Corinne and Micah's Wedding - Friday, July 13, 2012 - Albany, NY

Friday, July 13, 2012. Did you know that there were three "Friday the 13th's" in 2012? January, April, and July. Crazy!

I'm not prone to much superstition, but our good friends Corinne and Micah, definitely like to flaunting it. They got engaged on Friday, April 13, 2012 - and were married on Friday, July 13, 2012. Mike and I attended the beautiful wedding in upstate New York.

The ceremony was held at this beautiful, historic church near Albany, NY. Based on the year etched in the stained glass of the church, it was originally constructed in 1784. Needless to say there was no air-conditioning, so it was a quick ceremony!

Then it was off to Corinne's parents' house/property for a beautiful evening reception. We started off with a cocktail hour and delicious finger food. Then it was on to mingling and being seated for dinner under a big white tent.

There was dancing, talking, laughing, a massive bonfire, and FIREWORKS! What a treat.

The bridge looked radiant, the groom handsome. And before you knew it, it was time to say good bye, wish them well, and send them on their honeymoon in Antigua!
